Coadjute approved Integration Partner

Xperate is pleased to announce it is now an Approved Integration Partner for Coadjute, and has already begun working on partner integrations.

If you are not familiar with Coadjute, they are a UK based company rolling out a national blockchain network to ease communication between everyone involved in a property transaction.

The Coadjute Network represents the next generation of property market infrastructure: an intelligent open peer-to-peer network that connects property software systems together so that users across multiple systems can cooperate, share and transact effortlessly.

The network enables users of property software including estate agents, conveyancers, mortgage brokers and lenders to securely exchange data including tasks, messages and documents. These can all be shared, digitally signed, tracked and cryptographically verified using our technology. In the future, they plan to connect platforms to other types of data and services too, such as Digital Identity.

The result is improved customer experience, reduced processing costs, and faster home sales.

Xperate has been appointed as a “Coadjute Approved Integration Partner” to deliver bespoke solutions to connect your existing application to the Coadjute Network. We currently have 5 of our offshore development team as well as one of the UK based solutions consultants working on a cutting edge project to integrate several different Case Management and other systems used by UK based conveyancers and brokers.
