You can find legal precedents relating to UK case law by searching on Lexis+ Legal Research and Practical Guidance.
Simply follow these steps:
1) Log in to Lexis+ and enter the precedent or case you’re looking to find into the search bar
Make use of the Advanced Search function to narrow down your search.
2) Filter by Precedents
Here you can select Precedents on the left hand side.
3) Select the most relevant result
4) Find more detailed information at the top of the page
5) Or save time by asking LexisNexis Protégé™ for answers to your questions
