Then this benchmarking survey is for you. The survey is open now and early responses have come mainly from Managing Partners and Marketing/BD leads at international, national and regional firms.

This study will help you discover how your firm’s approach compares to your peers across the industry.

How does the study work?

  • Complete the survey here: https://mcl.fyi/Voice-of-Client-Survey and share the survey with your colleagues, to provide a more rounded view across your firm.
  • MyCustomerLens will analyse the results once the survey closes on 25 June.
  • The overall report will be sent to all respondents on 30 June. All results will be presented in aggregate.

Please note: responses WILL NOT be attributed to individual people or the firms they work for.

In addition, each firm that provides 3 or more responses, will receive a personalised report comparing their aggregate responses against the overall findings.
