The legal context graph enables in-house legal teams to begin matters and projects with the organization’s accumulated experience already connected together. When a new matter or project is opened, lawyers are automatically given the information they need, including related contracts, prior negotiations, outside counsel work product, key stakeholders, timelines, and relevant communications.
It also helps retain institutional knowledge – from contract fallback positions and dispute and claims guidance, to risk assessments and board materials.
